VertigoMTB is the leader in MTB destination experience in one of Australia’s hottest mountain bike towns- Derby. We are seeking energetic and dedicated team members to join our passionate crew commencing this September and October.
Positions available to join us include full-time and seasonal contract, allrounder/ multi-skilled crew members with the ability to move between a variety of roles including bike mechanic, shuttle driver and front of house customer support.
- Public Passenger Vehicle license with Light Rigid (preferred)
- Bike Shop Mechanic experience (preferred)
- First Aid (wilderness or remote area preferred)
- Working with vulnerable people card
- Customer Service experience
- Bookings Computer Systems experience
- Compliance OHS WHS
- Dedicated and supportive team member
- High level of customer service
- Able to follow company protocol and procedures
- Able to work under pressures of seasonal demands and fluctuations
- Keen Mountain biker, we run post work staff shuttles
- Initiative and leadership abilities
- Tourism Experience
